O'slee Pomegranate Milky Mask, Smart Natural Beauty [REVIEW, VIDEO]

O'slee Pomegranate Milky Mask Review and How to use Video!

What is it? Well its a Whitening and Anti-Aging Mask and as the name indicates the main ingredient in this mask is Pomegranate and milk.

What are the benefits of Pomegranate?
It contains:

  • Ellagic Acid that promotes whitening
  • The Pomegranate Polyphenol is an antioxidant
  • The plant hormones it contains has anti-aging properties.
  • Rich in Vitamin C which is a whitening agent and antioxidant

Why is this so great?
Pomegranate is one of nature's fruit that is able to combat harmful free radicals and hence protects the skin against it as well as prevent skin from oxidation and aging.

Now... What is Free Radical?
Well the human skin (us) is contantly exposed to either air, environmental pollutants, solar radiation and other mechanical and chemical agents. All of which are capable inducing the generation of free radicals in us. Above that our outer skin can also be damaged by other factors such as physical and psychological stress, alcohol intake, poor nutrition, overeating, pollution, UV rays and the list goes on.

Sounds good huh?

Well now, let go on to this product I tested shall we?

What is claims

It has antioxidants. (Did you know pomegranate has 3x more antioxidant than green tea?).  It whitens, the milk extracts added into the mask nourishes and moisturises the skin as well as lightens pigmentation. The skin becomes smooth and white after use. Moisturising, it also contains Hyaluronic Acid which can deeply hydrate the skin so that it boosts the elasticity of the skin. Firms, it promotes collegen production so that the skin can becomes firm with refines pores and Deep Cleansing with kaolin which pulls oil and dirt out of the skin leaving it clean and clear.

What does it comes with?
100 ml/3.50 fl oz of product per jar. It also comes with a spatula and cleansing sponge.

How to use or My directions of use ^_^

(Psst: My picture frenzy moment lol @_@ yeah... on hindsight it looks cheesy)

  • Watch my video; or
  • use 2-3 times a week
  • Only apply after thoroughly cleansing your face so its free of make-up and dirt.
  • Make sure to apply a thick layer on your face and neck.
  • Rinse after 10-15 minutes.
  • Use the cleansing sponge to rinse for better and through cleansing.
** Caution: Use the spatula to scoop out the product you need and immediate close it back. Avoid water getting into the unused jar of mask.

My thoughts/ Review

The pigmentation from my pimple scars have lightened

Pros:
I love it! Can I say more? This product is perfect for those with oily or combination skin. I'm not sure for severe acne but one of the times I tried the mask out I had some breakout and it did not sting at all. (Love that! Can't tell you how put off I am when I try to use something when I have breakout and it hurts like hell.)

Did it do what it claimed?
Yes. My face did feel a lot softer after use and super smooth. This feeling lasted for a good 6 hours after every use.

The skin did feel somewhat firmer. It might be more prominent after prolonged use. It also felt really clean. I would say its deep cleansing properties really did its job. It deep cleanse my face without stripping it. (you know that pulling sensation on your face after a wash? did not happen.. ^_^)

Did it lighten my skin pigmentation? Yes. This is not a (BAD for you) mask where it contains chemicals that bleach your skin and suddenly your a skin tone lighter. But instead its a GOOD one. It lightens pigmentation caused by sun and by pimple scar using ingredients such as Pomegranate and Milk. After several use my pigmentations did lighten.

All in all worth the money spent.

Cons:
It moisturised but it did not give that plump hydrated feeling that I would expect the hyaluronic acid to give. I don't think this mask will be suitable for those with dry to very dry skin.
